She brings a systematic, structured approach to project and change management, which has seen her successfully set up project management offices in both the private and public sectors.
Maryann Madsen
Managing Director
Maryann has worked on transformation projects nationally and internationally for organisations such as University College Cork, the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Banff Centre for Arts & Creativity. She brings an agile approach to project work and is adept at stabilising and re-aligning projects in crisis.
Jennifer Casey
Director
Jennifer is an experienced project manager and advisor specializing in strategy, operations, and sustainability. She has held advisory, project management, and leadership roles at organizations such as Deloitte, Business in the Community (a not-for-profit sustainability consultancy), and University College Cork. Jennifer thrives on collaborating with clients, sharing her expertise, and building trusted partnerships that lead to impactful project outcomes.
